Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to customer, otherwise re-fuel charge fee may apply which is $10.99 per gallon.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds!

Yes. In every rental you have a limitation of 150 miles per day, meaning that for one day you have 150 miles included. For example, if the rental is for 3 days you will have a total of 450 miles included. Everything above that will be charged extra which is $0.70 per mile.

If you return the vehicle late you will be charged for an extra day. Please call us if you think you may be late returning the vehicle. There is generally a 59 minute grace period for daily rentals.

Off-roading is prohibited without a special written permit. Book A Sprinter vehicles may be operated only on paved and regularly maintained roads.

Customers that fail to show for a reservation will be charged 100% of the rental cost. All charges will be made to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

We offer no charge cancellation, as long as there is 72 hours or more notice. If you are cancelling within 72 hours from the start of the rental, there will be a single day charge to accommodate our loss of rental availability. All cancellations require email confirmation to avoid additional charges.

Yes! Domestic animals are welcome. If excessive cleaning is required after the rental, however, there will be an additional charge. We simply ask that you treat our vehicles like they are yours.

We do not allow people to smoke inside our vehicles, all our fleet is smoke free. Cleaning charges will apply of minimum $600.

Extending the rental period is possible at the time of check-out or during the rental itself. However, you must notify us at least 2 hours prior to the expiration of the rental period. The extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment. An additional credit card authorization may be required. If you fail to request an extension in the given period, the vehicle may be notified to the police as stolen.
